How can you volunteer?

  • Security team: 4 volunteers. Look out for the well-being of attendees, especially children.

  • Event ambassadors: Interact with people to give them the best experience possible.

  • Sound equipment set-up and operators.

  • General setup and takedown of equipment (Before and after the event).

  • Bounce House assistants: 30 1-hour shifts.

  • Family games assistants: 10 1-hour shifts.

  • Fun food assistants: 30 1-hour shifts. These include cotton candy, snow cones, and popcorn.

  • Supply replenishment volunteers: 6 2-hour shifts. Making sure booths have adequate supplies and checking on needs throughout the event such as gas in generators, ice, water, etc.

  • Lost and found volunteers: 5 1-hour shifts.

  • Drink distribution volunteers: 10 1-hour shifts.

  • Food distribution volunteers: 15 1-hour shifts.

  • Material distribution volunteers: Bibles, tracts, and church information brochures.
