Waterballoon Toss

Objective:

A group activity where players pair up and try to catch water balloons without popping them

Players:

teams of 2

Supplies Needed:

each pair needs a water balloon

A rope or cones to show boundary lines.

Rules:

Each team pair lines up a few feet from each other. The first player throws a water balloon to his/her partner who tries to catch it without popping it. If the balloon pops then that team is out.

If the partner catches the balloon, he then throws it back to his/her partner.

Move the team pairs farther apart and repeat the process. Use a rope or cones to show where the border lines are.

The last team to pop their balloon is the winner.

Hint:

It is a good idea to let each team have more than one water balloon. Perhaps give them three chances.
