Bucket Ball

A great active game for both elementary kids or teen.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Each team needs a chair, or something for the goalie to stand on.

Each team needs a bucket for a goal, could be 5 gallon bucket, or a trash can.

1 nerf ball or other soft ball that can be thrown.

HOW TO PLAY:

1. Divide the players into two teams (or more if you want to do a tournament)

2. The object is for each team to throw their ball into the bucket that one of their members is holding (the goalie).

3. There is no dribbling. Whoever has a ball can not move or dribble, only pass the ball to another player.

4. If a player has a ball, the opposing team may not touch the player or grab the ball out of their hands. They should stay at lease 1 foot away.

5. When the ball is thrown, the goalie tries to catch the ball into his bucket. He may move the bucket to catch the ball, but he many not touch the ball with any part of his body.

6. No one can touch the bucket except the goalie.

7. If a ball goes into and then back out of the bucket, there is no point. The ball must stay in the bucket to receive the point.

8. If a team makes a point then the other team gets the ball.

9. Play to 10 points or whatever seems best for your kids.
